Refund policy

At Tannin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smile-saving coffee companions! If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and refunds within 30 days of receiving your order.

Here's what you need to know:

  • Eligible Items: All unopened and unused items in their original packaging are eligible for return.
  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Initiating a Return: To return an item, please contact our friendly customer service team at +1 (704) 608-4997 or info@tanninrinse.com They will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your items.

Please note:

  • We cannot accept returns for opened or used items.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 30 business days.
  • You will receive a notification email confirming your refund.

Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges at this time. However, you can return your unwanted item(s) and place a new order for the desired product(s).
