To update a subscription address:
- Click the green “Manage Subscriptions” button on your Account Dashboard
- Click on “Address and Payment Details”
- Click on “Manage Addresses”. A list of addresses associated with all current subscriptions will be displayed.
- To add a new address, click “Add a new Address”
- To update an existing address, click on the pencil icon
- To remove an existing address, click “Remove”
Make sure that the checkbox is set to your preferred choice. Selecting “Use this address for all my products” will automatically update ALL current subscriptions to ship to the same address.
To update your default address for future Store* orders:- Visit your Account Dashboard
- Click “Address Book” or “View Addresses”
- Edit, remove or add a new address
- Don’t forget to save your changes!
*Updating your default address will not update an address for a subscription. To update an address for a subscription, please follow the earlier steps above.
If you need help with updating your address for Shop Pay, please visit their help page. Your Shop Pay address will default to the last address used, so make sure to always double check before checking out! -
If you no longer wish to receive emails from us, simply find your previous email and click the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom.
Once you reach our Unsubscribe Center, you'll have the option to specify which email types you'd like to unsubscribe to or stay subscribed to. If you would like to unsubscribe from all emails going forward, please uncheck each topic from the list. -
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
To check out with Apple Pay or Google Pay, please place your order directly through their dedicated browsers.
All of our online prices are shown in US Dollars. International pricing is determined by the exchange rate of your bank or credit card in your country versus the American dollar. All displayed prices (such as £GB) are an estimate based on that day. For the most accurate cost after the exchange rate and fees, we recommend comparing the listed price to your country’s currency before purchasing.
With new policy updates, Value-Add Tax (VAT) will be charged on all orders to the EU, regardless of value. This is not included in the cost at checkout — Tannin is not responsible for any extra charges to be collected by customs upon delivery.

Tannin currently does not ship internationally.

Your order shipment status can be tracked within your Tannin profile page by visiting your "Account" tab, or by using the tracking number provided in your shipping email (we’ll send this once your order has been sent out).
A tracking number may not be provided in all subscription shipment emails and will vary depending on the carrier. -
Occasionally, packages are scanned for delivery before your local mail carrier physically drops them at your home. As a result, you may receive your order within 24 hours after your tracking has updated to “delivered.”
If you experience any shipping issues, please chat in with your current shipping address within 30 days from the date of shipment. We also recommend contacting your local post office for more delivery details.

All newly placed Store Orders process for shipment within an estimated 0-3 business day window - unless stated otherwise on our website or noted in your confirmation email.
Subscription orders generate automatically every 3 months from the date when you purchased your subscription. You will receive a reminder email at least three days before your next subscription order is set to populate should you wish to log in and make any last minute changes.
You can expect to receive your subscription order within an estimated 14 business days after you receive your shipping notification email. (Business days include Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays).
We will not be able to make any changes to your order once it has started to process for shipment.

Basic - $5 (Free with subscription!) ETA: 4-9 Business Days
Priority - $12 ETA: 3-4 Business Days
Express - $25 ETA: 1-2 Business Days
Subscription- $2 ETA: Up to 14 Business Days
Timelines are subject to change. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information.
If you do not receive an expected order, please chat in with the shipping address associated with your order within 30 days from the date of shipment. After 30 days, we can no longer assist with a reshipment or refund. -

For any shipping issues, please contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we may not be able to reship items that are shown as delivered.

We cannot cancel or edit a subscription order once an order has generated.
Looking to cancel a Store order?Store orders begin to process for shipment within 1 hour from the time of purchase. To cancel a Store order, please reply directly to your order confirmation email to send us your request as this ensures the fastest response time.
We cannot make any edits to the contents of a Store Order once it has been placed.
We do our best to answer all cancellation requests as quickly as possible; however, due to our order volume and processing times, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of an order after it has been placed, even if contacted within these timeframes.
We will process the cancellation as long as the order has not already been processed for shipment. Either way, we will reply to your message to confirm. -
We currently limit the number of items that can be purchased through our web store; however, Tannin is available in select retailers and for limited resale.
- We do not authorize wholesale purchases to be listed as 3rd parties on Amazon.com or other marketplaces.
- If your business is interested in purchasing Tannin for wholesale, we currently have a "wholesale form" available for completion. After submitting this form, expect 1-3 business days to hear back from one of our team members.
If neither of the above are applicable, please email team@tanninrinse.com with information about your company as well as the intended purpose of your purchase.
If you qualify as a potential wholesale partner and we’re able to accommodate your request, a member of our team will reach out to you directly.

You can view all upcoming orders in your account by logging in and clicking on the “Manage your subscriptions” button.
Our subscriptions are fully automated to generate an order every month after your initial order date. The contents of the subscription will depend on the items ordered at checkout.
You can also easily skip or reschedule your next subscription shipment at any time*. Please view the steps provided in “How can I skip or reschedule a subscription shipment?” below for further details.

You can easily skip or reschedule your next subscription shipment at any time*.
- Click the “Manage your subscriptions” button
- You’ll see the following options under the date of your next scheduled subscription order:
Send Now - This option will cause your subscription shipment to begin processing immediately!
Reschedule - 1 week, 2 weeks or any date within 4 months of your scheduled processing date. Subsequent subscription orders will generate three months from your preferred date.
Skip - This option will skip your entire scheduled subscription shipment
*Updates can only be made to future orders. Changes will not apply to processing orders.
If you would like to reschedule multiple upcoming subscription orders, shipping to more than one address, you will need to reschedule each shipment individually.

To remove current items from a subscription:
- Click the “Manage your subscriptions” button
- Click “Manage Subscriptions”
- Click the “>” arrow, next to the subscription item you are wanting to remove
- You can choose to swap the item out with another product, or you can cancel the associated subscription which will cancel all future orders.
To add new items to a subscription:
- Click the “Manage your subscriptions” button
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will see a selection of all available subscription items
- Click “Add” and then choose to receive your new product as a one-time purchase, or to add it on as a subscription
- Don’t forget to click “Add to order!”

You can cancel an active subscription at any time, directly within your Tannin account.
- Click the “Manage your subscriptions” button
- Click “Manage Subscriptions”
- Click the “>” arrow, or “manage this subscription” button under the subscription you are looking to cancel
- Scroll down and click “Cancel this subscription”
- Tell us why you’re canceling then click “Next”
- Click “Cancel subscription”
- Once you have successfully canceled your subscription, a confirmation email will be sent to the email associated with your Tannin account.
Please note that canceling a subscription will not cancel a subscription order that has already begun to process.

- Under “Subscriptions”, you’ll see the option to toggle over to “Inactive”
- Click “+ Reactivate” to instantly reach your subscription!

The Tannin Guarantee

All our products are subject to quality control.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.
Return Policy

We hope you find Tannin products to be as enjoyable and comfortable to use as we do, but understand that personal preference is key in being a part of your daily routine.
If you decide that you’d like to initiate a return of your Tannin product within 30 days of purchase, please contact us at team@tanninrinse.com. Do not attempt to send back your Tannin order without contacting us first, as we cannot provide a refund for a return that has not been documented by our team.
Return postage is not included and all returns may be subjected to a handling fee which will be deducted from your return total. Before you ship, please record your personal tracking number or request a tracking receipt as we cannot issue a refund for items not delivered to our designated returns address.
Retail Returns
We cannot process refunds on behalf of another retailer. If you would like to return your Tannin product that was purchased from a retail store, you'll need to contact the retailer to proceed with a return and refund.
All items purchased from Tannin popup locations and events are non-refundable.
